Centrally located in the bustling Old Quarter, the hotel offers warm, attentive service and impeccably clean accommodations. The variety of breakfast options is impressive, and the room temperature is easily adjustable. However, the fridge could be colder, and mornings in the rooftop restaurant can feel a bit warm on sunny days.

The rooftop breakfast area provides a stunning view of the city, making mornings quite delightful.
The noise from outside can be quite disruptive, especially for light sleepers. earplugs are provided, but they may not completely drown out the sounds.

The location of Fiesta Hotel is fantastic, right in the heart of the Old Quarter. Super comfy beds made for a restful night after a long day exploring. Staff were incredibly helpful, especially Sunny, who assisted with our airport shuttle and tour reservations. I appreciated the neat and tidy rooms, cleaned daily. Breakfast included small bowls of Pho, which was a nice touch for a quick bite. On the downside, the hotel can be quite noisy. you hear street sounds and conversations from neighboring rooms. There were earplugs provided, but if you're a light sleeper, this could be an issue. Also, the lack of a full spa facility was a disappointment. massages are available only in-room. A broader range of vegetarian options at breakfast would enhance the experience too.

Our room on the 7th floor had major noise issues. The kitchen and outdoor dining area right above woke us up every morning around 6 a.m. The only elevator serviced the 7th floor directly, making it inconvenient for guests needing to access the 8th floor for breakfast. Also, we encountered issues with the minibar pricing that felt unnecessarily inflated. the demand for overcounted items just added to the annoyance.

It was just a well-suited match for a weekend pause in Hanoi with definitely value for money. The rooftop bar has excellent views of the city, making for a great place to unwind. Consider bringing earplugs for a better night's sleep since the streets can get loud.
